Salary Details

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably from a recognized University.

Experience
- Must have served in the rank of DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police) or equivalent in Police/Army/Paramilitary forces.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as DSP or equivalent.
- Should have an excellent/meritorious service record.
Job Description
- Implement and periodically review the Security Policy.
- Plan and execute security at Bank premises in compliance with Government of India, RBI, and Indian Banks’ Association guidelines, in consultation with Central Security Department under the Central Security Committee as per defined periodicity.
- Ensure efficiency, training, and discipline of security staff under control.
- Maintain liaison with Police, Fire Services, and UT/State/Central authorities for security coordination.
- Provide professional inputs to Central Security Department to keep security setup foolproof.
- Attend other security-related duties assigned by the Bank.
- In case of absence, arrange an acceptable substitute meeting qualification and experience at own risk and cost.
