- Proven expertise in sports management with experience in designing and delivering sport
- development programmes;
- Demonstrated project management experience;
- Excellent budget management and financial reporting skills;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of delivering sports participation programmes;
- Experience in the delivery of education curriculum and resources, preferably in sport is
- desirable;
- An understanding of the game of cricket is essential;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds across cultural and national
- identities;
- Ability to develop partnerships across various sectors (corporate, government, nongovernment, and media);
