- We’re building a dynamic social media customer support team @ZestMoney. We’re looking out for folks who can deliver an amazing user experience to our customers by responding to all inbound social messages from multiple channels and driving engagements out of escalations. You’ll work very closely with the cool kids from brand and marketing teams on a daily basis.
- To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in quality assurance, identifying and fixing process gaps, sharing timely feedback with teams on their quality performance and driving them to excellent user experience – one conversation at a time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- As an Escalations and Social Media Associate, you will be at the front of customer engagement and manage Escalations/Grievances and ORM (Online Reputation Management).
