Salary Details
- Faculty: Rs. 30,000/- per month plus allowances.
- Office Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- per month plus allowances.
Educational Qualification
Faculty:
- Essential: A Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts) or Post-Graduate degree.
- Preference: MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc. (Veterinary)/B.Sc. (Horticulture)/B.Sc. (Agri)/B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed.
- A flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Typing skills in the local language are essential; Hindi/English typing is a plus.
Office Assistant:
- A graduate degree such as BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
- Fluency in spoken and written local language is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally, and the Internet.
- Typing skills in the local language are essential; English typing is an added advantage.
Age Limit
- Faculty: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as of the last date of application receipt.
- Office Assistant: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as of the last date of application receipt.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a personal interview. The interview will assess qualifications, communication skills, personality, computer knowledge, experience, leadership qualities, and attitude. The decision of the Society/Trust/Bank will be final.
