Salary Details
- Honorarium: Rs.1,500 per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000 per month.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree with 55% (or equivalent grade) in Media and Communication from an Indian University or equivalent foreign degree.
- Besides the above, must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR or equivalent) OR be awarded Ph.D. in Media & Communication in accordance with UGC Regulations, 2009/2016 and amendments.
- Qualification for Guest Faculty is at par with minimum qualification for Assistant Professors in Universities as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
Age Limit
- Superannuated teachers eligible up to maximum 70 years.
- For others: As per university norms (not specifically capped beyond standard eligibility; age as on 12.08.2025 to be furnished in application).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility.
- Date of interview will be communicated to candidates directly.
- University reserves the right to increase/decrease positions and fill consequential vacancies.
