Salary Details
- Consolidated pay as above; leave, TA and medical benefits per institute rules.
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA) paid monthly on declaration.
- Annual performance incentive upon satisfactory review.
- Increment applicable on each contract renewal.
Educational Qualification
- Faculty: Graduate/PG in MSW, Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri Marketing, or BA with B.Ed.
- Attender: Matric/10th pass.
Experience & Skills
- Faculty: Prior teaching/faculty experience preferred; excellent Tamil & English communication; sound computer skills; valid driving licence (frequent field visits).
- Attender: Prior attender/office-helper experience preferred; fluent spoken & written Tamil; office upkeep, document handling, two-wheeler riding with licence.
Age Limit
22–40 years for both posts. (Contract may extend until project completion or candidate’s 60th birthday if performance is satisfactory.)
Selection Process
- Faculty:
- Written Test (GK, computer).
- Classroom Demonstration/Presentation.
- Personal Interview (communication, leadership, problem-solving).
- Attender: Personal Interview evaluating discipline, punctuality, maintenance skills & local language fluency.

- Fill with accurate details; affix recent passport-size colour photo.
- Enclose self-attested copies of:
- Proof of birth & residence
- Academic certificates (from 10th std)
- Experience/skill certificates
- Aadhaar & ID proof, driving licence (if applicable)
- Two conduct certificates (Faculty)
- Superscribe envelope with “Application for Faculty – Puducherry” or “Application for Attender – Puducherry”.
