Salary Details
- Medical Consultant (Yoga & Naturopathy): Rs. 40,000/- per month
- Medical Consultant (Unani): Rs. 34,000/- per month
- Therapeutic Assistant: Rs. 15,000/- per month
- Pharmacist: Rs. 750/- per day
- Multipurpose Worker: Rs. 300/- per day
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): Rs. 19,800/- per month
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): Rs. 13,300/- per month
Educational Qualification
- Medical Consultant (Yoga & Naturopathy): A degree in BNYS.
- Medical Consultant (Unani): A BUMS degree from a Government or Government-approved private institution recognized by a state council like the Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine.
- Therapeutic Assistant: Must have completed the Nursing Therapist Course (certificates issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu only).
- Pharmacist: Must have a D.Pharm or an Integrated Pharmacy course certificate (issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu only).
- Multipurpose Worker: Must have passed the 8th standard.
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS):
- Graduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Must possess a permanent two-wheeler driving license and be able to drive a two-wheeler.
- A certificate in computer operations (minimum two months).
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV):
- Graduate in science, OR
- Intermediate (10+2) in science with experience as an MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker or a higher course certificate in Health Education/Counselling, OR
- A recognized Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s course.
- A certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
Age Limit
- Medical Consultant, Therapeutic Assistant, Pharmacist, Multipurpose Worker: Up to 59 years.
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS), Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): Up to 40 years.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a scoring criteria system, and the rules of caste rotation will be followed as per government norms.
