Salary Details
- Graduate Apprentice Stipend: ₹9,000 per month
- Diploma Apprentice Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in relevant discipline (as per notification and NATS guidelines)
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in relevant discipline (as per notification and NATS guidelines)
- Candidate’s apprenticeship form must be registered by BOAT/BOPT within 3 years from the date of passing the final examination.
Age Limit
- As per Apprentices Act and NATS rules. Usually, candidates must have completed their qualification within 3 years.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on application and eligibility through NATS.
- Documents verification and interview (if required).

- Click on “Student” → “Student Register” to complete your initial registration and get your unique Enrolment Number.
- Login using your registered email ID and password.
- Under “Apply against advertised vacancies”, search for “National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli”.
- Click “Apply” for relevant apprenticeship positions.
- Ensure all personal and educational information is accurate and authentic; upload required documents.
- If already employed (including government service), provide a No Objection Certificate during the interview.
