Salary Details
- Remuneration: ₹7,200/- per month (for 8 hours/month; 2 hours/day, 2 days/week).
- Contract Period: Initially 2 years; extendable after review in 2-year increments.
Educational Qualification

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Assess staff’s physical, communication, and cognitive needs; develop treatment plans.
- Advise and support staff and their families/carers.
- Help staff participate in daily activities as per individual needs.
- Assist with exercises for pain relief and daily physiological improvement.
- Maintain and update records, write reports, make essential calls.
- Review progress and adapt treatment.
- Advise on environment adjustments and suitable equipment.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct physical/psychological assessments, set goals, and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare rules and standards.
- Maintain personal competency and update field knowledge.
- Bring own basic equipment necessary for physiotherapy practice.
- Uphold confidentiality, decorum, and positive work environment.
- Adhere to all professional, legal, and ethical norms set by the Bank.
Other Terms & Conditions
- No employment benefits (leave, bonus, PF, gratuity, medical, LFC, etc.).
- No claim for regular Bank employment.
- Bank may increase eligibility standards or modify/review remuneration and working hours.
- Substitute arrangement at own cost required in case of absence >2 days.
- Contract may be terminated by either side with 2 months notice.
- All disputes subject to courts at Chandigarh.
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to Bank’s staff and affairs.
