Salary Details
- Centre Head: up to ₹1 crore CTC (90% fixed, 10% variable; 7 – 10% annual increment).
- SVP: up to ₹80 lakh CTC.
- Dy VP: up to ₹60 lakh CTC.
Variable pay linked to performance; no other perks. Contract terminable with 90-day notice.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory: BE/BTech OR MCA/ME/MTech/MSc in any discipline from a recognised university/board.
Preferred: Advanced degree in Cybersecurity/IT and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Tech Mgmt).
Post-wise experience:
- Centre Head: 20 + years (8–10 yrs in IT/Cyber/Research/CoE leadership).
- SVP roles: 15 + years (8–10 yrs domain-specific senior experience).
- Dy VP roles: 12 + years (8–10 yrs in respective cyber domain).
Age Limit
35–50 years range; see “Post and Vacancy Details”. Age as on 01 Aug 2025.
