Salary Details
The engagement is on a fixed-term contract basis with a consolidated monthly pay structure:
- 1st Year: ₹35,000
- 2nd Year: ₹37,500
- 3rd Year: ₹40,000
- 4th Year: ₹43,000
Additionally, an annual lumpsum of ₹11,000 will be provided for uniform stitching, conveyance charges, medical insurance, and a term plan.
Educational Qualification
- JE (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy): First-Class full-time degree in the respective engineering discipline with 60% aggregate marks. Candidates from allied engineering branches can also apply.
- JE (IT): First-Class full-time degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a First Class Master of Computer Application (MCA).
- JE (Finance): CA-Inter/CMA-Inter or a two-year full-time first-class MBA in Finance.
- JE (Rajbhasha): Two-year full-time first-class Post Graduate Degree (MA) in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level, or vice-versa. Proficiency in Hindi typing and computer skills is essential.
- A relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for all positions is 29 years as of September 26, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government guidelines:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
- 10 years for PwD candidates, over and above the category relaxation.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a computer-based written test.
- The test will be for 2 hours and will cover domain-specific knowledge, reasoning, and English ability.
- For the JE-Rajbhasha post, there will be an additional 10-minute Hindi typing test.
- The passing mark for the written test is 60%, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for selection based on the merit list from the written test.
