Salary Details
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month for 6 months, payable only if present minimum 15 working days per month at the lab.
- Payment schedule: Two installments—after 3 months and after completion of 6 months—directly to student’s bank account.
- Possible extension of project internship by 8–10 months without stipend for BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/M.VSc.
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech: Pursuing 7th/8th semester in the specified branches from AICTE/UGC approved institutes.
- PG: M.Tech/M.Sc/M.VSc 1st/2nd year in specified disciplines from recognized Indian University/Institute.
- Academic record: >80% marks or >8.0/10 CGPA maintained in all previous semesters; proof must be enclosed.
Age Limit
- Below 28 years as per selection procedure note.
Selection Process
- Based on marks in previous exams and online interview/interaction as required.
- Selection purely on merit; only selected candidates will be notified via email; incomplete/late applications will be rejected.

Instructions
- No boarding/lodging will be provided by DIHAR/DRDO.
- Internship will be terminated for indiscipline; adherence to lab guidelines mandatory.
- No claim for future employment at DRDO/DIHAR based on internship completion.
- Certificate issued only upon successful completion, evaluation, and report submission after full 6 months.
- At joining, originals must be produced for verification; they will be returned immediately.
