Salary Details
The remuneration for all positions is between ₹12-18 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). Other benefits include a vehicle for office pick-up and drop-off, and travel benefits as per ELCOT’s standard policies.

Educational Qualification
Chief Operating Officer – IT Parks & Towers
- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, real estate management, or planning. An MBA or equivalent is preferable.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years in middle or senior roles in real estate management, facility management, or IT & ITeS companies handling similar responsibilities.
Vice President – Projects (Frontier Technologies)
- Qualification: Any degree, preferably in engineering, with certification in Frontier Technology Policy and implementation strategies.
- Experience: Consultancy or execution experience in the relevant sector.
Vice President (Promotion and Facilitation)
- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA or equivalent is preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in marketing, branding, and data analysis.
Chief Technology Officer – Data and Cloud Services
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. An MBA, MS in Technology Management, Data Science, or related fields is preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in the relevant field.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 45 years as of August 31, 2025.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on individual assessments and/or interviews conducted in English in Chennai.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for a preliminary interview based on their academic performance and experience.
- Interviews: Candidates who clear the preliminary interview will be invited for a final interview.
- The final selection will be determined by the overall assessment and personal interview performance.

Instructions
- The engagement is on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of one year, renewable up to three years based on performance. Further extensions are possible for top performers.
- Candidates must have good Tamil language skills (10th Standard or above) and excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates must produce all original certificates and documents at the time of the interview.
- Those serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.
- The maximum joining time permitted upon selection is 15 days, which may be extended to 30 days in special cases at ELCOT’s discretion.
