Salary Details
The notification specifies the posts as Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The detailed pay scale for each post will be as per the respective Regional Rural Bank’s norms.
Educational Qualification

- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB and working knowledge of computers is desirable.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing, and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. A minimum of two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
- IT Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks. One year of relevant experience is required.
- Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with one year of experience.
- Law Officer: Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience as an advocate or Law Officer.
- Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with one year of experience.
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing with one year of experience.
- Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture with 50% marks. Two years of relevant experience is required.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. A minimum of five years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.

Selection Process
The selection process varies for different posts:
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Two-tier examination process involving a Preliminary and a Main Examination. Candidates qualifying in the Main Exam for Officer Scale-I will be called for a Common Interview.
- Officers Scale-II & III: A single Online Examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Common Interview.
- Final Selection: Provisional allotment will be based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination for Office Assistants and on the combined scores of the Main/Single Exam and Interview for Officers.

- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM Candidates: Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST)
- All Other Candidates: Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST)

- Log in with the generated provisional registration number and password.
- Fill out the application form carefully, upload your photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
- Pay the application fee online using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- Verify all details and submit the final application. Take a printout for future reference.
Instructions
- A candidate can apply for the Office Assistant post and only one post in the Officer’s cadre (Scale I, II, or III).
- Separate applications and fees are required for each post.
- Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the post they are applying for.
- Proficiency in the local language of the State/UT is required for Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant posts.
