Salary Details
The pay scale for the Specialist Officer positions is as follows:
- MMGS II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- MMGS III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
- In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, and other allowances as per the bank’s rules.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the required educational qualifications and post-qualification work experience as of 01.09.2025. Qualifications must be from a university/institute recognized by the Government of India.
- Manager (IS Audit): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in IT/CS or related fields with mandatory CISA/CISSP/ISO 27001:LA/OSCP and 2-3 years of experience.
- Senior Manager (IS Audit): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in IT/CS or related fields with mandatory CISA/CISSP/ISO 27001:LA/OSCP and 4-6 years of experience.
- Manager (Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Manager (Architect): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with valid CoA registration and 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Electrical): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience and a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate.
- Manager (Automobile): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Printing): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Printing Technology with 3 years of experience.
- Manager (Treasury): Full-time degree with preference for MBA (Finance) or related qualifications and minimum 2 years of experience in dealing room operations or trade finance.
- Manager/Senior Manager (Corporate Credit): Bachelor’s degree with MBA (Finance)/CFA/CA or similar, plus 3 years (for Manager) or 5 years (for Sr. Manager) of work experience in a Bank/FI.
- Manager/Senior Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in IT/CS or related fields with 3+ years (for Manager) or 5+ years (for Sr. Manager) of experience in specified IT domains.
- Manager/Senior Manager (Risk): CA/CMA/ICWA/CFA or MBA(Finance) or Master’s in Math/Statistics/Economics, with relevant certifications and 2 years (for Manager) or 4 years (for Sr. Manager) of experience.
- Manager/Senior Manager (Information Security): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in IT/CS/Cybersecurity with relevant certifications and 2-3 years (for Manager) or 3-5 years (for Sr. Manager) of experience.
- Manager/Senior Manager (Software Engineer/Data Scientist/Data Engineer): B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc in relevant fields with 4 years (for Manager) or 10 years (for Sr. Manager) of post-qualification experience in the specified domain.
Age Limit
The age limits for the posts as of 01.09.2025 are as follows:
- Manager (Scale II): 25 to 35 years
- Senior Manager (Scale III): 30 to 40 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD/Ex-servicemen candidates as per government guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection procedure will consist of two stages:
- Online Examination: An objective test covering English Language, General Awareness (with reference to the Banking Industry), and Professional Knowledge.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online examination will be shortlisted for a personal interview.
The final selection will be based on the combined marks from the online examination and interview.

Instructions
- Candidates can apply for more than one post if they meet the eligibility criteria.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- Selected candidates will be placed on probation for 2 years and are required to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond for ₹2,50,000 for a period of 3 years.
