Salary Details
- Head SeMT: Max Budget 37 LPA
- Senior Consultant: Max Budget 30 LPA
- Consultant: Max Budget 20 LPA
Educational Qualification
Head SeMT
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech/MCA with M.Tech/M.S./MBA. Must have certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master.
- Experience: 15+ years in IT project management, with 8+ years managing large-scale IT project lifecycles.
Senior Consultant
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech/MCA. Must have certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT project management, with 3+ years managing large-scale IT projects.
Consultant
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech/MCA. Must have certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT project management, with experience in procurement and large-scale projects.
Age Limit
The age limit for all positions shall not exceed 55 years as of the closing date of the application.
Selection Process
- Aptitude Test: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will undergo an online aptitude/psychometric test.
- Interview: Candidates scoring a minimum of 50% in the test will be shortlisted for a selection interview.
