Salary Details
Selected candidates will be placed in the MMGS-II scale with the following pay structure:
- Scale of Pay: ₹64,820 – 2340/1 – 67,160 – 2680/10 – 93,960
Additionally, officers will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Leased Accommodation, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Medical benefits, LTC, and other perquisites as per the bank’s rules.
Educational Qualification and Experience
The cut-off date for educational qualifications and post-qualification work experience is 10.10.2025.
- Credit Manager (MMGS-II):
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) OR professional qualifications like CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification experience as a Branch Manager or in credit appraisal/processing in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- Agriculture Manager (MMGS-II):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Veterinary Science, or a related field with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification experience as an officer in the relevant field in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Age Limit
The age limit for candidates as of 01.09.2025 is:
- Minimum Age: 23 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Written Test: An online examination will be conducted. The bank reserves the right to waive the written test at its discretion.
- Exam Pattern: The test will have three sections: English Language (20 marks), General Awareness (20 marks), and Professional Knowledge (60 marks). The total duration is 105 minutes.
- Screening and Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview based on their performance in the written test.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be based on the combined scores of the online test (70% weightage) and the Personal Interview (30% weightage).
