Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Safety):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in any branch from a recognized university.
- A Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety (minimum 1-year duration).
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working in a supervisory capacity in a factory after obtaining the engineering degree.
- Knowledge of Tamil is desirable.
Jr. Engineering Associate (Boiler Operation):
- Matriculation with a 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Power Plant, Production, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit as of October 26, 2025, is 30 years for both posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms :
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Departmental Candidates: Upper age limit is 45 years.
Selection Process
- Assistant Manager (Safety): The selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by an interview. The final merit list will be prepared with a weightage of 80% for the CBT and 20% for the interview. If the number of applicants is low, only an interview may be conducted.
- Jr. Engineering Associate (Boiler Operation): Candidates will be selected based on their performance in an online CBT. Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:3 ratio) will then be called for a Skill Test/Trade Test, which is of a qualifying nature.

Instructions
- Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria before applying.
- The application is provisional, and documents will be verified during the interview/skill test.
- The crucial date for all eligibility criteria is the application closing date, October 26, 2025.
- Candidates working in Government/PSU must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of the interview/skill test.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the CBT. However, outstation candidates called for interviews or skill tests will be reimbursed for travel expenses as per the rules.
