Salary Details
- Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): The pay scale is ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 (MMGS-III). In addition to the basic pay, the role includes Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund (PF), National Pension System (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), and medical facilities as per bank regulations.
- Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): The pay scale is ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (MMGS-II). This position also includes DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, and medical facilities as per bank rules.
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication, or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a government-recognized university or institution. A minimum of 60% marks is required.
- Preferable: An MBA or Executive MBA is a preferred additional qualification.
Age Limit
As of August 31, 2025, the age limits are as follows:
- Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 28 to 35 years
- Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 25 to 32 years
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10-15 years).
Selection Process
The selection process for these positions will consist of two stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which carries a total of 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be determined by the bank.
A final merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the interview.
