Salary Details
An honorarium will be provided for the training sessions conducted. This is not a salaried position, and no monthly salary will be paid.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria :
- Must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) for at least five years.
- Should have participated in at least 5 to 10 training programs at the district, block, or panchayat level.
- Must be proficient in using mobile applications.
- The SHG to which the applicant belongs must not have any non-performing loans (bad loans).
- Must have the support of her family to work as a trainer.
- Should not hold any significant political position or be employed full-time or part-time in any private company.
- The applicant’s SHG must pass a resolution recommending her for the position, and a copy of this resolution must be attached to the application.
Age Limit
The minimum age for applicants is 21 years. There is no maximum age limit, but candidates must be physically fit and capable of conducting training sessions.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be selected through a written test and an interview.

- Ensure that the Self-Help Group passes a resolution to recommend the candidate for the post.
- Submit the completed application form, along with the resolution copy and other required documents, to the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission, Panchayat Level Federation, or Block Level Federation office.
- The deadline for submission is 5:45 PM on 29.09.2025.
