Salary Details
The selected candidates will receive an all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration:
- Contractual Medical Practitioner (GDMO): Rs. 95,000 per month.
- Contractual Medical Practitioner (Specialist): Rs. 1,10,400 per month.
- Additionally, reimbursement for a Mediclaim Policy premium up to Rs. 2 lakhs for self, spouse, and two dependent children is admissible.
Educational Qualification
- For CMP (GDMO): A minimum MBBS Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The candidate must be registered with either the MCI or a State Medical Council.
- For CMP (Specialist): An MBBS Degree with a Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty (Gynecology), recognized by the MCI. The candidate must be registered with either the MCI or a State Medical Council.
Age Limit
The upper age limit as of September 1, 2024, is 45 years for the CMP-GDMO position. Age relaxation is applicable for PwD, Ex-Servicemen, and candidates from Jammu & Kashmir as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be through a personal interview. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can attend a walk-in interview. This is a rolling advertisement valid until December 31, 2025, and candidates who miss the walk-in can also submit applications via email or post for future consideration.
How to Apply
- Eligible candidates must attend a walk-in interview scheduled for November 4th & 5th, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM.
- The venue for the interview is the Administrative Building, BHEL, BAP, Ranipet.
- Candidates should bring the application in the prescribed bio-data format, along with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Required documents include mark sheets/certificates for High School, Intermediate, MBBS, PG Degree, MCI/State Medical Council registration, and a valid Photo ID proof.
Instructions
- The engagement is purely temporary for a fixed tenure of two years, which may be extended.
- This engagement does not entitle the candidate to permanent employment at BHEL.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/PSU sectors must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

- Candidates must be of sound health, and selection is subject to a medical examination as per BHEL’s rules.
