Salary Details
The remuneration for the position will be as per industry standards and is subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates should meet the following requirements as of September 30, 2025 :
- Educational Qualification: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university under a regular curriculum. Candidates with additional professional qualifications are desirable.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 25 years of overall experience in various domains of banking or financial services in India.
- Strong expertise in Credit, Risk Management, Treasury, Digital Banking, Compliance, Regulation, or Supervision.
- Must be currently working as a Whole-time Director in any scheduled commercial bank.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record of leading a team and vision for the bank’s growth.
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Tamil language is highly desirable.
Age Limit
