Salary Details
The remuneration for the selected candidates will be as follows:
- Assistant AI Engineer: ₹50,000 per month
- Marketing Lead: ₹50,000 per month
- Creative Lead: ₹50,000 per month
- Fashion Lead: ₹50,000 per month
- Content Lead: ₹55,000 per month
No other allowances such as HRA, DA, or medical reimbursement are admissible.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience criteria for each role:
- Assistant AI Engineer:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/AI ML/Information Technology with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in AI model development and deployment.
- Marketing Lead:
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Creative Lead:
- Qualification: Graduate from NIFT/NID with experience in trend report creation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in creating visually compelling editorial layouts, infographics, and digital assets.
- Fashion Lead:
- Qualification: Graduate from NIFT/NID with experience in trend report creation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in trend interpretation, developing fashion flat sketches, and proficiency in Gen AI tools and Adobe Suite.
- Content Lead:
- Qualification: Graduate from NIFT/NID with experience in trend report creation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in managing copy and multimedia content, and creating audio/video content using Gen AI tools.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for all Young Professional positions is 35 years as of the last date of application submission (10.11.2025).
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be conducted through the following stages:
- Initial Screening: Applications and documents will be evaluated to check for eligibility.
- Test & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Screening Test and a Personal Interview. The mode of the interview (online or offline) will be communicated via email.
- Final Selection: The final decision will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.

Instructions
- The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which may be extended based on performance and requirement.
- No TA/DA will be provided for participating in the selection process.
- The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of all work will be the property of NIFT.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but may be extended based on work exigencies.
- Candidates are entitled to 1.5 days of paid leave for each completed month of service.
