Salary Details
The positions are offered on a consolidated pay basis:
- Centre Administrator: ₹35,000/- per month.
- Case Worker: ₹18,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for these roles.
Centre Administrator
- Qualification: A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Law, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to counseling and the rescue of women and children from violence.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a female candidate residing in Tiruppur District.
- Must be willing to stay and work at the One Stop Centre on a 24/7 basis.
- Should be proactive in responding to calls from helpline numbers like 181.
- Must be keen on creating awareness about government schemes for women.
Case Worker
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Law, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a female candidate residing in Tiruppur District.
- Must be willing to work in shifts (24×7 rotation).
- Should be eager to assist with calls received through helpline numbers.
- Must be interested in promoting government schemes and awareness for women.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for the positions is as follows:
- Centre Administrator: Below 40 years.
- Case Worker: Below 35 years.
