Salary Details
The remuneration for the post will be structured as follows:
Jobs In Tamil Nadu
- Basic Pay: Rs. 23,000 per month, or the last basic pay minus pension, whichever is lower.
- Allowances: The monthly pay will include Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and a Special Allowance of 5% of the Basic Pay.
- Annual Increment: An annual increment at the rate of 3% on the basic pay will be provided.
- Other Benefits: An additional amount of Rs. 3,000 per month will be provided for medical, insurance, conveyance, and telephone expenses. Provident Fund contributions and Gratuity are also applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: A Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution (AICTE/UGC approved) OR a Special Certificate issued by the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force equivalent to a Degree.
- Desirable: A minimum of 2 years of experience in stores/materials handling activities in AOC, EME, or having completed any infantry QMO course or Ammunition Management Course.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit for applicants is 45 years as of the closing date of the application (November 22, 2025).
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- SC candidates: 5 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
- The maximum age limit for any category shall not exceed 55 years.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following criteria:
- Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on the qualifications and experience mentioned.
- Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview (either physical or virtual).
The final selection will be recommended by a Selection Board constituted by the Chief General Manager, HVF.
