Salary Details
- Senior Manager (Armour): Rs. 70,000/- + IDA
- Junior Manager (All disciplines): Rs. 30,000/- + IDA
Educational Qualification
- Senior Manager (Armour): B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Applied Mechanics with first class, and a PhD or PG in a related area. Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Junior Manager (All disciplines): B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Metallurgy) with a first-class degree. Minimum 1 year of experience.
Age Limit
- Senior Manager (Armour): Maximum 45 years as on the date of the advertisement.
- Junior Manager (All disciplines): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on the date of the advertisement.
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government orders.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on qualification, experience, and/or performance in the interview. The weightage criteria are as follows:
- Aggregate marks in B.E/B.Tech: 75%
- Relevant post-qualification experience: 10%
- Interview for shortlisted candidates: 15%
