Salary Details
- Scale of Pay (JMGS-I): 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920, plus DA, CCA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, LFC, Medical Insurance, Retirement Benefits, and other perquisites as per Bank rules.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized/approved by Government of India or its regulatory bodies; valid marksheet/degree required on or before the closing date.
Age Limit
- 20 to 30 years as on 01.07.2025; relaxations: SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC (NCL) 3 yrs, PwBD 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen/ECOs/SSCOs 5 yrs, Persons affected by 1984 riots 5 yrs; conditions as per GOI norms.
Selection Process
- Four Phases: I) Online Written Test, II) Screening of documents, III) Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) where applicable, IV) Personal Interview; final merit state-wise and category-wise based on Online Test + Interview, subject to LLPT qualification.
- Online Test Structure: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (25/25 marks/35 min), Data Analysis & Interpretation (25/25/35), English Language (25/25/25), Quantitative Aptitude (25/25/35), General/Economy/Banking Awareness (50/50/50); negative marking 1/4 per wrong answer; minimum qualifying per section: 40% Gen/EWS, 35% Reserved (subject to Bank’s discretion).
- Interview: 50 marks; minimum 45% for SC/ST and 50% for others.
- LLPT: Required for candidates who have not studied specified local language in 10th/12th; qualifying in nature.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification work experience in Clerical/Officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB listed in Second Schedule of RBI Act; advance increments up to 2 for prior officer experience in eligible roles, conditions apply.
