Salary Details

• Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 40,400 – 4,500/20 – 130,400.
• Total Annual Package (CTC): Approximately Rs. 8.7 Lakhs (Rs. Eight Lakh Seventy Thousand only) per annum on cost to company basis.

Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks in Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Applications from a recognized university.
  • Note: Percentage is calculated by dividing total marks in all subjects across all semesters by aggregate maximum marks. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Banking & Finance from IIBF
  • M.Com / MA (Economics) / MBA / CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) / CS (Company Secretary) / CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 28 years as on 01.11.2025.

Selection Process

The selection will consist of two stages:

Stage 1: Online Examination (28th December 2025)

Examination Norms:

• Penalty for wrong answers: 1/4th mark (0.25 marks) deducted for each incorrect answer.
• 5 multiple choice options per question.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the examination.

Stage 2: Personal Interview

• Only candidates qualifying the online examination will be called for personal interview.
• Shortlisting and interview schedule will be communicated via email/SMS.

How to Apply

Application Procedure:

1. Visit Official Website: Go to www.iibf.org.in and click on “Careers” tab, then “APPLY ONLINE,” or directly visit www.ibps.in.
2. New Registration: Click “Click here for New Registration” and enter basic details. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent via email/SMS.
3. Fill Application Form: Complete the online application form with all required details:
   • Name (as per certificates)
   • Father’s/Husband’s name
   • Date of birth
   • Contact details
   • Educational qualifications
   • Email ID and mobile number (must remain active throughout recruitment)
4. Prepare Documents (before uploading):
   • Photograph: Scanned color image, passport size (4.5cm × 3.5cm), 200 x 230 pixels, 20-50 KB in JPG format.
   • Signature: Black ink on white paper, 140 x 60 pixels, 10-20 KB in JPG format.
   • Left Thumb Impression: Black or blue ink on white paper, 240 x 240 pixels, 20-50 KB in JPG format.
   • Handwritten Declaration: In English on white paper with black ink, 800 x 400 pixels, 50-100 KB in JPG format. Text: “I, _______ (Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per specifications.
6. Verify Details: Review all information on the “Preview” tab before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
7. Payment of Application Fee: Rs. 700/- (excluding GST) via online payment mode:

8. Submit Application: Click “Submit” tab. An e-Receipt will be generated upon successful payment.

• Application fee payment: Only through online mode during this period.

Instructions

• Eligibility Check: Only applications meeting all eligibility criteria will be processed. Candidates are advised to verify qualification marks calculation method carefully.
• Invalid Applications: Incomplete applications or those without photograph/signature uploads, unsuccessful fee payment, or submitted after deadline will be rejected.
• Document Requirements:
  • All scanned documents must be clear and not smudged.
  • Handwritten declaration must be in candidate’s own handwriting in English only.
  • Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
  • If left thumb is unavailable, right thumb impression is acceptable.
• Identity Verification: At examination and interview, candidates must present original valid photo identity proof matching the call letter name exactly (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Bank Passbook with photo, Aadhaar Card, Employee ID, Bar Council ID, etc.). Ration Card and Learner’s License are NOT valid.
• Late Reporting: Candidates arriving after the specified reporting time will not be permitted to take the examination.
• Appointment Terms:
  • Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 2 years with the institute.
  • Non-compliance within 2 years: Candidates must pay Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) as liquidated damages.
  • Appointment is subject to satisfactory medical fitness and background verification.
• No Correspondence: IIBF decision in all recruitment matters is final and binding. No personal enquiries will be entertained.
• Integrity Clause: Any false information or process violation will result in disqualification, including future IIBF recruitment processes.
• Single Appearance: Candidates can appear for the online examination only once. Multiple appearances will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Right to Modify: IIBF reserves the right to shortlist candidates, cancel the process, modify centers, or add/cancel centers at its discretion.
