Salary Details
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,30,400/-
- Pay Matrix Level: Level 11
Educational Qualification
- HSC Pass: Must have passed Higher Secondary Course with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology OR Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
- Technical Qualification: Must possess a two-year Diploma in Dental Mechanic from a Government Medical Institution or a recognized institution.
- Registration: Must be registered with the State Dental Council.
- Note: Candidates with SSLC and a Dental Mechanic certificate passed before 2008 (DCI regulations) and registered with the TN State Dental Council are also eligible.
Age Limit
(As of 01.07.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years for all categories.
- Maximum Age (General/OC): 32 years.
- Maximum Age (SC/ST/SCA/MBC/DNC/BC/BCM): No Maximum Age Limit (up to 60 years).
- Differently Abled (OC): 42 years.
- Ex-Servicemen (OC): 48 years.
Selection Process
- Selection is based solely on the weightage of marks obtained in academic and technical qualifications.
- Weightage Calculation: 60% weightage for Diploma/Certificate marks and 40% weightage for SSLC/10th marks.
- There is no oral test or interview for this post.

- Submit the application and print the generated registration form for future reference.
Instructions
- Application fee is Rs. 300/- for SC/SCA/ST/DAP(PH) and Rs. 600/- for all other candidates.
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying; furnishing false info leads to debarment.

- Documents must be uploaded at the time of online submission; subsequent claims will not be entertained.
