Salary Details
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Pay Level 1 (Rs. 18,000 – 56,900).
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400).
Educational Qualification
Multi-Tasking Staff
- Essential: Passed School Final (Class X) or equivalent. (Equivalency certificate required) .
- Desirable: One year of working experience in a Government, Quasi-Government, or Autonomous organization, preferably an educational institution.
Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Essential (Option A): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 05 years of relevant experience.
- Essential (Option B): Diploma in Civil Engineering with 08 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Desirable: Practical experience in supervision of civil construction/maintenance, basic knowledge of RCC design, computer working knowledge, and experience in tender preparation.
Age Limit
Multi-Tasking Staff
- Maximum Age: Not exceeding 35 Years.
Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Maximum Age: Not exceeding 40 Years.
Selection Process
MTS Skill Test
Candidates for the MTS post must undergo a qualifying skill test.
- Guidelines: Candidates choose any three (3) categories from the list below during application:
- Driving (Two-wheeler, LMV, EV-Auto).
- Electrician Helper.
- Plumber Helper.
- A/C Mechanic Helper.
- Gardener.
- Sweeping and Mopping.
- General Cleaning (Garden, vessels, tanks, toilets, etc.).
- Carpentry Helper.
- Scoring: Each test carries 10 marks. Candidates must score a minimum of 5 marks in each selected test to qualify.
Instructions
- MTS Responsibilities: Selected MTS candidates must perform all tasks mentioned in the skill test list and any other duties assigned by authorities, regardless of the specific skills tested.
- MTS Duties: Duties include general cleanliness, file maintenance, delivering Dak, assisting on computers, gardening, and watch and ward duties.
- JE Responsibilities: Duties include preparing estimates for construction and maintenance, analyzing rates, site planning, and supervising works to ensure they meet contract specifications.
