Salary Details

Educational Qualification
- Essential:
- MBA OR Degree in Architecture OR Civil Engineering from a recognized institution/university.
Experience
- At least 10 years in:
- Town/Urban Planning, or
- Management of land and property including legal, engineering, and managerial aspects.
- Must be an officer outside Railway administration, serving:
- In Central or State Govts/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies, with minimum total service of 22 years in the organization.
- Currently at Level 13 of 7th CPC or above (CDA scale) or equivalent in IDA/other scales.
- APARs/ACR: Cumulative evaluation should not be less than 22 points in the last five years (for SCSC).
Age Limit
- Should not exceed 55 years on the date of applying for the post.
Selection Process
- Selection by Search-cum-Selection Committee.
- Screening of applications as per eligibility criteria and government norms.
