Salary Details
- Fellowship Stipend: ₹ 37,000/- per month (1st & 2nd year)
- Contingency Grant: Up to ₹ 15,000/- per annum (1st two years), may increase up to ₹ 20,000/- subsequently
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per Government rules
- Medical Facility: For self only through MI Room at campus (no additional benefits like DA, CCA, Bonus, retirement benefit etc.)
Educational Qualification
- For Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science (Basic Sciences):
- Post-Graduate degree in relevant discipline (First Division) with NET qualification.
- For Material Science & Engineering/Polymer Science (Professional Courses):
- Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in relevant discipline (First Division) with NET/GATE qualification.
- OR Post-Graduate degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in relevant discipline (First Division at both graduate and postgraduate level).
- For Textile Engineering:
- As per Material Science & Engineering/Polymer Science mentioned above.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28 years as on the date of interview
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer only)
Selection Process
- Mode: Walk-in Interview at the mentioned venue.

- Xerox copies of all testimonials
- Original mark sheets, certificates, community certificate (if applicable)
