Salary Details
The selected candidates will be placed in the Special Time Scale of Pay:
- Pay Scale: ₹11,100–₹35,100 per month
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have an SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate), regardless of whether they passed or failed. It is mandatory to have studied Tamil as a subject and to submit the SSLC mark sheet.
Age Limit
The age of the applicants will be calculated as of July 1, 2025.
- Minimum Age: 21 years for all categories.
- Maximum Age:
- General Category (GT/OC): 32 years
- BC/MBC/DNC: 39 years
- SC/ST/Destitute Widow: 42 years
- Age Relaxation:
- Differently Abled Persons: 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
- Ex-servicemen: Up to 50 years for GT/OC and 55 years for other categories.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be conducted through the following stages:
- Skill Test: To assess reading and writing skills in Tamil.
- Interview: A personal interview will be conducted.
The dates for the skill test and interview will be communicated to eligible applicants by letter.

Instructions
- Applicants must be permanent residents of the village within the Taluk they are applying for.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil is mandatory.
- Candidates must know how to ride a bicycle or a two-wheeler.
- A physical fitness certificate as per government norms is required.
- Candidates who applied in response to the earlier notification dated 09.07.2025 do not need to reapply; their previous applications will be considered.
