- Audiologist and Speech Therapist: Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
- RMNCH Counsellor: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in the health sector.
- Audiometric Assistant: One-year Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) from an RCI-recognized institute.
- MPHW: Must have passed 8th standard or failed 10th standard, with the ability to read and write in Tamil.
