- Multipurpose Hospital Worker: 8th pass
- Quality Manager: MBBS / Dental / Ayush + Masters in Hospital Admin / Public Health OR Social Science / Nursing / Life Science Graduate with Master’s in Health Management/Public Health
- Mid‑Level Health Provider (Female): GNM diploma or B.Sc. Nursing
- RMNCH Counsellor (Female): Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology / Home Science / Hospital & Health Management
- Data Manager: Relevant degree/diploma in Hospital / Health / Disability Rehab Management or equivalent plus experience or MBA
- OT Technician: OT Technician course certification
