Salary Details
- Fixed Component: ₹12,000 per month
- Variable Component/Incentives: Up to ₹8,000 per month
- Conveyance Allowance: ₹3,000/month
- Mobile/Internet Charges: ₹500/month
Total compensation ≈ ₹23,500/month
Education / Experience Qualification Details
- Young candidates: Graduate (Any Discipline) with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). Preference to B.Tech/B.E (IT/Computer), M.Sc (IT), MCA, MBA/PGDM
- Retired bank employees: Officers/clerk up to Senior Manager level with JAIIB and rural banking experience (3+ years) are eligible for relaxation and upper age limit extension
Age Eligibility
- Young candidates: 21–45 years
- Retired bank employees: Up to 64 years entry; continuation up to 65 years Selection Procedure
