- Central Coop Bank Assistant: ₹23,640 – 96,395/month
- Societies’ Posts: ₹5,200 – 76,380/month (varies by post, see above table)
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (10+2+3 pattern) from recognized university/institution.
- Cooperative Training Certificate:
- Mandatory: Diploma (or Higher Diploma) in Cooperative Management from recognized TN institutes.
- Exemptions: Holders of B.Com/B.A./B.Sc/M.Com/M.A (Cooperation) and certain other degrees (as per notification).
- Ex-Servicemen: Military Graduation + SSLC + HSC.
- Students currently in training (2024-25, 2025-26 batch) may apply with Bonafide certificate (appointment only after course completion).
- Tamil Language: Tamil as a subject studied in SSLC/HSC/Degree.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer application knowledge required.

Selection Process
- Written Examination (Objective Type, 200 Questions, 170 Marks, 180 min, Tamil & English)
- Interview (After shortlist; weightage 85:15)
- Final Selection based on combined written & interview marks, communal rotation, and candidate preference.
