Educational Qualification & Eligibility
Essential:
- Officers from Central Government holding:
- Analogous posts on regular basis OR
- 3 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-5 (₹29,200–₹92,300) OR
- 5 years in Level-4 (₹25,500–₹81,100) OR
- 7 years in Level-3 (₹21,700–₹69,100)
- Officers from State Government/UT Government/PSU/Autonomous Organisation holding regular posts in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
- Age below 56 years on closing date.
- Minimum 5 years government service.
Desirable:
- Experience in Administration, Legal, Establishment, HR, Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Vigilance, Procurement, Planning & Policy, Project Implementation and Monitoring, or E‑Governance.
- Basic computer skills.
Age Limit
- Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of application.
