Salary Details
- Remuneration ranges from Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,65,000/- per month, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- No other allowances or facilities will be provided.
- Annual enhancement based on performance.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: PGDM (Agri. Business)/ MBA in Agri Business Management/ Public Policy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agri Business/ Public Policy.
- Desirable: Experience in training/capacity building, engagement with startups/FPOs, and conducting events.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit of 50 years.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Instructions
- The engagement is purely contractual, initially for one year (including 3 weeks probation), extendable year-to-year up to three years based on performance.
- No further extension beyond three years.

- Governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923; no disclosure of information without authorization.
- No use of APEDA’s name, emblem, or seal for commercial purposes without permission.
- Maintain high moral character, integrity, and dedication; services can be terminated for unsatisfactory performance or conflict of interest.
- Comply with laws, including prohibition of sexual exploitation and abuse.
- Provide police verification report and medical fitness certificate prior to engagement.
- No claim for permanent employment or compensation in case of death, injury, or illness.
- TA/DA admissible for official travel as per Pay Level 10 of Central Government.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, may require extended hours or work on holidays.
- Eligible for 20 days leave per year on pro-rata basis; unavailed leave not carried forward.
- Maternity leave for female consultants as per Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017.
- Termination possible with 30 days’ notice or pay in lieu; can be immediate for failure to perform or misconduct.
