Salary Details
The remuneration for the BC Supervisor position consists of both fixed and variable components:
- Fixed Component: ₹15,000 per month
- Variable Component: Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on performance against a scoring matrix.
Educational Qualification
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (up to Chief Manager) from any PSU bank.
- Retired clerks and equivalent from Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB with a good track record.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in rural banking.
For Young Candidates:
- Minimum: Graduation with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
- Preferred: M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.
Age Limit
- For Retired Bank Employees: The maximum age for continuation as a BC supervisor is 65 years.
- For Young Candidates: Must be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment. The maximum age for continuation is 65 years.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on a two-stage process:
- Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized, and eligible candidates will be shortlisted.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the interview scores.

Instructions
