Salary Details
The monthly remuneration is as follows :
- Head Coach (Post Graduate): ₹50,000 (can be up to ₹1,00,000 based on experience/achievements).
- Head Coach (Graduate): ₹40,000 (can be up to ₹80,000 based on experience/achievements).
- Head Coach (Part-time, Trap & Skeet): ₹24,000 per month (@ ₹1500/session, can be up to ₹5000/day).
- Sports Physiotherapist/Strength & Conditioning Coach (Post Graduate): ₹50,000 (can be up to ₹1,00,000).
- Sports Physiotherapist/Strength & Conditioning Coach (Graduate): ₹40,000 (can be up to ₹80,000).
Educational Qualification
Head Coach
- Qualification: Graduation with a recognized certification, diploma, or degree in coaching from institutes like NS NIS, SAI, or other recognized Indian/Foreign institutes.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years coaching at the National level or 6 years for Junior/State teams. Demonstrable coaching achievements are required. International players with a winning track record are desirable.
Sports Physiotherapist / Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in a relevant domain (e.g., Sports Injury, Sports Physiotherapy, Sports Nutrition) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with national-level teams or sports institutions of national repute.
- A valid registration/license with the relevant professional council is required where applicable.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is below 45 years as of October 15, 2025.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for an interview. The date and venue for the interview will be communicated via e-mail.

Instructions
- The engagement is for an initial period of one year, extendable up to three years based on performance and requirement.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or for joining the assignment.
- Candidates are entitled to 30 days of leave in a calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
- A checklist of required documents includes proof of date of birth, educational and professional certificates, experience certificates, photographs, and NOC (if applicable).
