Salary Details
An honorarium will be provided for the training sessions conducted. No monthly salary will be paid.
Educational Qualification and Eligibility
- Must be a woman member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) for at least five years.
- The applicant’s SHG must not have any non-performing assets (NPA) or bad loans.
- Must have attended at least 5 to 10 district, block, or panchayat-level training sessions.
- Should be proficient in using mobile applications.
- Must have family support to work as a Community Resource Person.
- Should not hold any significant political positions or be employed full-time or part-time in any private organization.
- Must be recommended by their respective SHG, and a copy of the resolution must be attached to the application.
- Should possess good physical fitness and skills to conduct training.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
