Salary Details
Full-Time Super Specialist:
- Entry Level: ₹2,00,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Senior Level: ₹2,40,000/- per month (consolidated)
Part-Time Super Specialist:
- Entry Level: ₹1,00,000/- per month + benefits
- Senior Level: ₹1,50,000/- per month + benefits
Full-Time Specialist:
- Entry Level (3 years post-PG experience): ₹1,50,622/- per month (consolidated)
- Senior Level (5 years post-PG experience): ₹1,73,488/- per month (consolidated)
Part-Time Specialist:
- Fixed Remuneration: ₹60,000/- per month for 16 hours/week + benefits
Senior Resident:
- PG Degree holders: ₹1,50,622/- per month (consolidated)
- PG Diploma holders: ₹1,49,272/- per month (consolidated)
- MBBS with 2 years experience: ₹1,48,372/- per month (consolidated)
Educational Qualification
- Super Specialist (Cardiology): MBBS and MD, DM/DNB (Cardiology).
- Super Specialist (Oncology): MBBS and Mch/DM/DNB in Medical Oncology.
- Specialist: MBBS and PG Degree or equivalent in the concerned specialty.
- Senior Resident: PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty. Candidates with 2 years of experience after MBBS will be considered if PG candidates are unavailable.
Age Limit
- Full-Time/Part-Time Super Specialist: Not exceeding 69 years as on the date of the interview.
- Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist: Not exceeding 69 years as on the date of the interview.
- Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of the interview.
- Relaxation for reserved categories is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in a walk-in interview.
How to Apply

- Venue: ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam, Kerala.
- Reporting Time: 09:00 AM. Candidates arriving after 9:15 AM will not be permitted.
- Application Form: Fill out the application in the prescribed proforma.
- Documents: Bring all original documents, one set of photocopies of all documents, and one recent passport-size photograph.
- Application Fee:
- General/OBC: ₹250/-
- SC/ST: ₹50/-
- PWD/Female: Exempted
- The fee must be paid via a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No.1’ payable at SBI, Kalamassery.
Instructions
- Private practice of any kind is not allowed for full-time contract specialists.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Candidates must have a valid TCMC/MCI registration.
- Vacancies are subject to change based on requirements on the interview date.
