Salary Details
- Full Time Specialist: Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,38,272/- per month.
- Part Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000 for 16 hours/week (4 days/week) + Rs. 15,000 (with Rs. 800/hr for every additional hour).
- Senior Resident (3 Year & 1 Year for ICU): Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,38,272/- per month.
- Senior Resident (1 Year for Accident & Emergency): Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,15,536/- per month.
Educational Qualification
- Full Time/Part Time Specialist: MBBS with a PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university. Requires 3 years of experience after a PG Degree or 5 years of experience after a Graduate Diploma.
- Senior Resident (3 Year & 1 Year for ICU): MBBS with a PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
- Senior Resident (1 Year for Accident & Emergency): MBBS Degree from an NMC recognized Medical College with two years of experience, including one year in emergency medicine or casualty. Must have completed a Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship and be registered with the NMC or Tamil Nadu State Medical Council.
Age Limit
- Full Time/Part Time Specialist: Not exceeding 67 years as of the interview date.
- Senior Resident (3 Year & 1 Year for ICU): Not exceeding 45 years as of the interview date.
- Senior Resident (1 Year for Accident & Emergency): Not exceeding 30 years as of the interview date.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman candidates as per rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a walk-in interview.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates should appear for the walk-in interview with a duly filled application form in the prescribed format (Annexure-I). Candidates must bring two recent passport-size photographs, along with one set of attested photocopies and the originals of all required testimonials.
Instructions
- Candidates must report to the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli.
- Registration will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the day of the interview.
- Government service employees must submit a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer.
- Candidates must bring original certificates for verification, including proof of age, educational qualifications, medical council registration, caste certificate, and experience certificate.
