Salary Details
The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 with an initial basic pay of ₹1,20,000.
In addition to the basic pay, the compensation package includes :
- Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA)
- Perks and allowances under the Cafeteria Approach
- Performance Related Pay (PRP)
- Other benefits such as Company Accommodation/HRA, medical facilities, group insurance, and superannuation benefits (Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension).
Educational Qualification and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria :
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
- AND Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 3 years professional course) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- OR 5-year Integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM).
- Experience:
- Minimum 24 years of post-qualification executive experience in State/Central Government departments, PSUs, and/or large private sector organizations/law firms.
- Out of the total experience, at least 16 years should be in a legal function.
- Experience of up to 8 years as a practicing advocate may also be considered as part of the total 24 years of required experience.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 52 years as of 17.10.2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) by 10 years and for Ex-servicemen as per Government of India directives.
- The maximum upper age, including all relaxations, shall not exceed 56 years.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve the following stages :
- Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility criteria.
- The final selection will be based on performance in a Group Discussion and/or Interview before the Selection Committee. A writing exercise or another assessment tool may also be used.
- Candidates will be appointed subject to being medically fit as per the company’s standards.
