Educational Qualification
- Medical Officer: Minimum MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India and registered in the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
- UHWC Staff Nurse: DGNM / B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing with Integrated curriculum registered under the TN Nursing Council.
- Audiologist: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language pathology / B.Sc (Speech and hearing) from an RCI recognized institute.
- OT Assistant: 3 months OT Technician Course from a recognized University/Institution.
- Data Manager: Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science or BE in IT / Electronics with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Account Assistant: B.Com with Tally and 2 years of work experience.
- Auxiliary Nurse Mid Wives (ANM) / Urban Health Nurse: ANM course completion registered under the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
- Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Grade II: 12th standard pass with Biology/Botany and Zoology. Must have passed Tamil language as a subject at the SSLC level. Must possess a 2-year Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course certificate from a recognized private institution/Trust/University/Gandhigram Rural Institute granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- MMU Cleaner, Multi Purpose Hospital Worker: Minimum 8th Standard pass and must know how to read and write in Tamil.
- Driver: 8th Standard pass with a valid Heavy Vehicle License.
- Lab Technician: Passed 12th Standard with Biology subject, along with a 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by the Directorate of Medical Education.
- Senior Treatment Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): 2-year DMLT Course recognized by the Directorate of Medical Education, a permanent two-wheeler driving license (should be able to drive a two-wheeler), and a certificate course in computer operations lasting a minimum of 2 months.
- Counselor: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Human Development with a minimum of 9 years of experience in HIV/AIDS. For People living with HIV (PLHIV): Graduate degree in any field or Diploma in Nursing with 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS.
- Therapeutic Assistant: Diploma in Nursing Therapist Course (Certificates issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu only).
- Yoga & Naturopathy Attender / MPHW: Minimum 8th Standard pass and must know how to read and write in Tamil.
Age Limit
- UHWC Staff Nurse / Multipurpose Health Worker (Male): Up to 50 Years
- Data Manager / Counselor: Less than 40 Years
- All Other Posts: Less than 35 Years
