Salary Details
The positions offer pay based on the 7th CPC Pay Matrix at the following levels:
Jobs In Tamil Nadu
- Assistant Administrative Officer: Level 8
- Administrative Assistant: Level 7
- Junior Assistant, Junior Assistant (Hindi), Junior Accountant, Junior Technical Assistant (IT): Level 4
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Administrative Officer: Degree in any discipline with 8 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Administrative Assistant: Degree in any discipline with 7 years of relevant administrative experience and typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Junior Assistant: Degree in any discipline with 4 years of relevant administrative experience and typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Junior Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s degree in Hindi/English with 4 years of relevant experience in Hindi translation and implementation.
- Junior Accountant: Graduate Degree in Commerce OR any degree with Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA, along with 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts. A certificate in Tally is essential.
- Junior Technical Assistant (IT): B.Sc (CS/IT)/BCA or B.E/B.Tech in CS/ECE/Electronics/IT with 4 years of relevant experience in IT support.
Age Limit
- Assistant Administrative Officer & Administrative Assistant: 40 years
- Junior Assistant, Junior Assistant (Hindi), Junior Accountant, Junior Technical Assistant (IT): 32 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
Selection Process
The selection process may involve multiple stages, including a Written Test, Skill Test, or Trade Test, to shortlist candidates. The institute reserves the right to decide the mode of screening and testing.

- An application fee of ₹500 is required for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC/ST, PwBD, and women applicants are exempted from the fee.
- All necessary documents, including educational certificates, experience certificates, and category certificates, must be uploaded through the online portal.
Instructions
- Candidates must read the detailed notification carefully before applying.
- A separate application must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
- The prescribed qualifications are the minimum, and possessing them does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for the selection process.
- Applicants from government/PSU sectors must produce a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.
- The appointments will be on a regular basis with a probation period of two years.
