Educational Qualification
Candidates must be officers working under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, or Tribunals. The specific eligibility for each post is as follows :
- Deputy Registrar: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-11 with five years of regular service. A degree in Law and experience in administrative/establishment/court matters are required.
- Court Officer: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-7 with two years of service or Level-6 with six years of service. A degree in Law is preferred, along with experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.
- Private Secretary: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-7 with two years of service or Level-6 with six years of service. Requires dictation skills of 110 WPM (English) and transcription on a computer at 55 WPM.
- Senior Legal Assistant: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-6 with five years of service or Level-5 with eight years of service. Requires a degree in Law.
- Assistant: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-5 with six years of service or Level-4 with ten years of service. Knowledge of computer operation is required.
- Stenographer Grade-I/Personal Assistant: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-5 with six years of service or Level-4 with ten years of service. Requires dictation skills of 100 WPM (English) and transcription on a computer at 50 WPM.
- Cashier: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-3 with five years of service or Level-2 with eight years of service. Must have completed cash and accounts training.
- Record Assistant: Must hold an analogous post or a post in Level-2 with eight years of regular service.
- Staff Car Driver: Must have passed the 10th standard, possess a valid driving license, have knowledge of motor mechanisms, and at least three years of driving experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation for all posts is 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Selection Process
The selection will be made on a deputation basis. The process involves scrutinizing the applications and the documents submitted by the candidates. The Selection Committee will assess the eligibility and suitability of the candidates based on their service records, experience, and qualifications as per the recruitment rules.
