Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹78,450/- per month in the scale of ₹78450-4050(9)-114900-EB-4050(2)-123000-4650(4)-141600. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹1,50,374/- (without HRA). Candidates are also eligible for various allowances and perquisites as per the Bank’s rules.
Educational Qualification
(As of September 01, 2025)
- Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – General:
- A graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- OR a post-graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR:
- A Master’s Degree in Economics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Applied Economics, Econometrics, Financial Economics, or related fields with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- OR a Master’s Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Mathematical Finance, or related fields with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM:
- A Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- OR a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, AI, or related fields with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Age Limit
(As of September 01, 2025)
- Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age. They must have been born not earlier than September 02, 1995, and not later than September 01, 2004.
- Relaxations in the upper age limit are applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and other specified categories as per government norms.
- Candidates with M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualifications are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 32 and 34 years, respectively.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a three-stage process:
- Phase-I Examination: An online objective-type test.
- Phase-II Examination: An online/written examination consisting of objective and descriptive papers.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview, which carries 75 marks. Final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Phase-II exam and the interview.

- GEN/OBC/EWS: ₹850 + 18% GST

- Number of Attempts: General/EWS candidates who have already appeared six times for the Phase-I examination are not eligible to apply. There is no such restriction for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
- Candidates must ensure they possess all required certificates for reservation/relaxation claims on or before the application closing date.
