Salary Details
Successful candidates will receive an attractive monthly remuneration based on the IDA pay scale plus applicable allowances.

Educational Qualification
- Sr. DGM (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Dy. Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Assistant Manager (Civil):
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks or equivalent grade, OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks.
All qualifications must be from a recognized university or institute approved by AICTE.
Age Limit
The upper age limit as of the notification date is as follows:
- Sr. DGM (Civil): 48 years
- Manager (Civil): 40 years
- Dy. Manager (Civil): 35 years
- Assistant Manager (Civil): 35 years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection process will vary by post:
- Sr. DGM: The process will involve an Interview held at the RVNL Corporate Office.
- Manager, Dy. Manager, Assistant Manager: The process will involve a Written Test and/or Interview, depending on the number of applications received.
Candidates will be screened by a committee to determine eligibility before the interview.
How to Apply
- Download and fill the application form as per Annexure-II and the checklist in Annexure-III.
- Affix a recent passport-size photograph (not older than 3 months).
- For the posts of Manager, Dy. Manager, and Assistant Manager, an application fee of Rs. 400 for UR/OBC candidates is required via Demand Draft. SC/ST/EWS candidates are exempt from the fee. No fee is applicable for the Sr. DGM post.
- The Demand Draft should be in favor of “RAIL VIKAS NIGAM LIMITED” payable at NEW DELHI.
- Send the duly signed application form, along with self-attested copies of all required documents and the Demand Draft (if applicable), in a sealed envelope.
- Superscribe the envelope with “Application for the post of [Name of the post] and Advt. No.-“.
- Applications must be sent to the Dispatch Section, Ground Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066, or dropped in person at the RVNL Corporate Office.
Instructions
- Applications must be submitted through the specified offline mode only. Email, fax, or online portal submissions will be rejected.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each.
- Ensure all columns in the application form are filled; incomplete applications may be rejected.
- The particulars furnished in the application will be treated as final.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/CPSE organizations should apply through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
